The best deal in sending a Package is to mail it in a Priority Flat Rate padded envelope which you can order for free on usps.com and keep the weight under 4 pounds. (It will cost you around $23.95) Once sealed, wrap the whole package in clear packaging tape. Sending a package internationally also requires you to fill out a customs form which is also available at the post office or online.
